A Sunset Cruise with Dinner and Karaoke

This October, the NEK Welcome Wagon and the NEK Young Professionals Network are bringing something special to Lake Memphremagog.

On Thursday, October 8th, join us for dinner, karaoke, and costumed fun during a private cruise aboard Northern Star! Attendees must be 18+.

Tickets are available for WW and YPN Members ($30) and General Admission ($45) for non-members, and we welcome non-members to join us for this special event! (No pressure to join, either)

Each ticket includes boat fare, dinner, optional karaoke, and optional entry into a costume contest. Dinner will feature catering from one of Newport’s restaurants. Please share any dietary restrictions during the checkout process. Drinks are available for purchase onboard.

This event is presented by the NEK Welcome Wagon and the NEK Young Professionals Network, both programs of the Northeast Kingdom Chamber of Commerce. The Welcome Wagon (WW) helps retain new, newly returning, and existing Vermonters in the state by assisting them to get connected (or more deeply connected) to community. Our goal is for people to connect to their new community and “figure out” Vermont as deeply and quickly as best serves them. The NEK chapter focuses on bringing a message of welcome and a sense of belonging to our rural, three-county region.

The NEK Young Professionals Network (NEK YPN) is a space for emerging leaders in the Northeast Kingdom to build connections, deepen their sense of community, and grow both personally and professionally.
