DESCRIPTION:Have you been wanting to ride a bike again\, but feel intimidated? Join this two-hour workshop\, taught by a certified cycling instructor. The class will cover safe bicycling principles and other tips to help you prepare for a smoother ride. Topics will include lane positioning\, e-bikes\, bike fit and other gear tips. The on-bike portion is designed to address cycling basics like shifting and braking\, or assist participants with getting back on the bike after time out of the saddle.
