Bike Rodeo

The Annual Newport Bike Rodeo will be on Saturday, May 4, 10am to 1 pm at North Country Hospital (189 Prouty Drive, Newport). Come anytime during the event and join in the fun.

There will be activities for all ages including: a skills course for practicing bike handling skills, a learn to ride zone (say goodbye to those training wheels!), a mountain bike skills area, and an opportunity to demo e-bikes and adaptive bicycles. There will also be free bicycle mechanics, helmet fitting, bicycle safety info, a free raffle for two kids bicycles, and bike-powered smoothies!

The event is free and open to the public. Don’t have a bicycle? We will have a fleet of kids bikes that you can use. Adult supervision is required. Rain date is Sunday, May 18.
