Newport Vendor Carts: Affordable Rental Options

What you receive:

• An easy to move cart to use on Main Street.
• A secure location to store & display your cart year round in the Tasting Center.
• The chance to work with 12 other various vendors & downtown businesses to revitalize Main Street.
• A Peddlers’ Permit for the cart from the City of Newport.
• Free promotion and marketing.

What you provide:

• Time: a commit to open 3 times per week during evenings & weekends through the end of the summer season (schedule to change during the winter).

NDD has received a grant to make it possible to offer the carts free for the first month, then $50/per month thereafter through April 2025.

Insurance: you are responsible for your own materials left in the cart

Team up with fellow cart vendors to share staffing!
