The six are a diverse group that includes the city's mayor, an artist, developer, financial guru, and most importantly, local Thai chef Rasamy Poulima of Newport City. Born in Laos, a country snuggled between Thailand and Vietnam, Poulima speaks Thai and grew up eating Thai cuisine.
